Letterbox Gifts Review – My Thoughts

March 8, 2019

I received a box from Letterbox Gift as a 21st birthday present. I’ve been meaning to write this post for WEEKS now! But here we finally are, I’m here and I’m writing it.

As you’ll be able to tell from the title, today I am going to do a review of letterboxgifts.co.uk. My mum sent me ‘The Pamper Box’ for my 21st birthday and it was definitely one of my favourite presents! There’s just something about receiving unexpected parcels through the post isn’t there?! The parcel actually arrived a couple of days before my birthday and I could tell that it was something exciting just from how good it smelt! (I did however manage to wait until my actual birthday to open it!)

As you can see from the photo above, the box came with five items:

– Caramelised Milk Chocolate (which had all been eaten by the time I took these photos a few days later! Actually let’s be honest, it was all eaten the morning of my birthday! If you can’t eat chocolate for breakfast on your 21st then when can you?)

– Lavender and Chamomile Body Oil which smells delicious!

– Moisturising Bath Truffles – these were mini heart shaped, rose scented bath bombs which I thoroughly enjoyed! (I’m extremely lucky to have a bath at my house at uni so I could use them right away!)

– 3 Relaxation Tealights – these I haven’t yet used as I have quite a few candles on the go, but they smell incredible! The packaging doesn’t state what scent they actually are but I think they smell like geranium which is one of my favourite floral scents!

– Himalayan Pink Salts – again these are geranium scented and just add a really nice relaxing smell to any bath I’m taking!

Beautiful Pamper Box Review

The box itself was a really nice white and silver design and as you can see as soon as you open it there is a card to say who it is from (in this case as I said it was my mum!) and a little message from them! I really liked this touch as it meant I could open the box without spoiling the surprise inside to let my mum know it had arrived (as this was a surprise gift that I didn’t know I was getting)!

Alongside the message card there was also a cute information card telling you everything inside the box.

Above are some close up photos of the products, including what the Himalayan salts actually look like!

Overall, I really loved this box. I thought it was such a unique but personal gift that’s easy to send even if you’re miles away from the recipient! After looking at their website and the range of gifts on offer I will definitely be using them in the future for gifts for friends!

I hope you enjoyed getting a close up look and insight into this pamper box from letterbox gifts!
